Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

Ingredients :


4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Directions :


Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, condensed cream of chicken soup, condensed cream of mushroom soup, grated cheddar cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
