Indulge in this sumptuous Decadent Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta! Filled with the flavors of a classic cheeseburger, it’s rich, velvety, and utterly satisfying!
Ingredients:
8 oz pasta (corkscrew or your preferred shape)
1 lb ground beef
4 slices of smoked bacon, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of beef stock
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of ketchup
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: diced bell peppers, pickles, lettuce, extra cheese
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
In a large pot, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Bacon:
In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
