INGREDIENTS
- 1-pound beef ground
- – 1 onion, diced
- – 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 can (14 pounds) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 pounds) of kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 1 ounces) black beans rinsed and washed
- 2. tablespoons of chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper as desired

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. In a large saucepan in a large pot Dutch oven, fry the ground beef on medium temperature until cooked to your liking and then break it up using the wooden spoon as it cooks.
- 2. Add diced onions as well as minced garlic along with diced bell pepper into the pan. Then cook until the vegetables become soft, around 5 minutes.
- 3. Mix in chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, chilli powder, cumin, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- 4. The chilli should be brought to a boil, and then lowered the heat to a low level. Cover the chilli and allow it to simmer for a minimum of 30 minutes for the flavours to combine while stirring it now and then.
- 5. Adjust the seasoning as required. Serve hot and topped with your preferred toppings, such as cheese shredded, sour cream and chopped green onions or even cilantro.
