– ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
– ½ cup cream cheese, softened
– 4 large flour tortillas
– 1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce
– ½ cup diced tomatoes (optional)
– Cooking spray or additional olive oil (for grilling)

**Instructions:**

1. **Cook the Chicken:**
