Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt

- ½ cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup milk
For the Filling:
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
For the Chocolate Ganache:
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until smooth. Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk until combined.
