Cheesy Kielbasa Hashbrown Casserole π₯π§

This super easy dump meal is budget-friendly and feeds a crowd! With a total cost of about $10 or less, itβs perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients π
1 (32 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns
1 lb kielbasa, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
Optional: Salt, pepper, minced garlic, onion powder to taste
Additional 1/2 cup cheese for topping

Prepare the Slow Cooker:
Grease the slow cooker.
Combine Ingredients:
In the slow cooker, add the diced kielbasa, frozen hashbrowns, diced onion, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
Mix the Sauce:
In a separate bowl, combine the cream of soup, milk, and sour cream. If desired, add salt, pepper, minced garlic, and onion powder to taste.
Pour and Top:
Pour the mixture over the kielbasa and hashbrowns. Sprinkle an additional 1/2 cup of cheese on top.
Cook:
Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until everything is heated through and bubbly.
