📝 Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz noodles (lo mein or spaghetti)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Sesame seeds for garnish

Cook Noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Brown Beef: In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add Aromatics: Add the minced garlic and ginger to the beef and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Make Sauce: Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine: Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, coating them in the beef and sauce mixture.
