Ingredients:

1 box (18.5 oz) red velvet cake mix
½ cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 cup water
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup chocolate syrup
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2-4 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)
For Garnish:

Chocolate shavings or sprinkles
Fresh berries (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Brownie Layer:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips if desired.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool slightly.
