Tarragon Treasure Soup π₯π§
Elements:
1 clove of allium, peeled and fillets minimize
1 large bulb, finely minced
2 tbsp avocado oil
4 cups fowl stock
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Flavour with salt and pepper, as desired
Crostini, for serving
A sprinkle of parmesan shavings, for garnish
Steps:
In a large cooking vessel, warm the avocado oil over a medium flame. Add the minced garlic and allium, cooking until soft and golden brown.
Pour in the fowl stock and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix in the whole milk, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve the soup hot, topped with a piece of croutini and a sprinkle of shaved parmesan.
