Ingredients:
– 1/4 cup creamy spread
– 10 oz. mini puffed treats
– 5 cups crunchy corn flakes
– 2 cups sweet marshmallow cream
– 1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
– 1 cup rich, melted chocolate chips (plus more for serving)
Directions:
– Prepare the Foundation:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with non-stick spray.
2. In a pot over low heat, melt the creamy spread. Add mini puffed treats and stir until melted.
3. Turn off heat and immediately stir in crunchy corn flakes until well coated.
4. Press the mixture onto the prepared pan into a thin, even rectangle.
– Add Accents:
1. Spread sweet marshmallow cream over the cereal base in a single layer.
2. Sprinkle crushed graham cracker crumbs over the cream, pressing them slightly into the cream.
3. Pour rich, melted chocolate over the crumbs, smoothing it into an even layer with a spatula.
– Roll and Chill:
1. Slice the layered sheet in half lengthwise.
2. Roll up each half starting from the long side, similar to a sushi roll.
3. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
– Serve:
1. Slice into sushi roll pieces.
2. Serve with additional rich, melted chocolate for dipping.
