Texas Roadhouse Steak Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup steak sauce (like A1)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Directions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth and well combined.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Whisk again until all the spices are fully incorporated into the sauce.
Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and place it over medium heat.
Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Once it begins to simmer, reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool. Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to develop further.
Serve the sauce alongside your favorite grilled steaks, burgers, or as a dipping sauce for fries.
