GRILLED SHRIMP CAESAR WRAPS 

Ingredients:


1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large tortillas
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup croutons (optional)
Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions:


Marinate the Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.

Grill the Shrimp:
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the shrimp onto skewers (if using a grill) or place them directly on the grill pan. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and slightly charred. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. In the center of each tortilla, layer chopped romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, and croutons (if using). Drizzle with Caesar dressing and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Wrap It Up:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

Serve:
