Creamy crockpot chicken spaghetti

Ingredients:


– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 can cream of chicken soup
– 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 packet Italian dressing mix
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 8 oz spaghetti noodles
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Shredded parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions:


1. In the crockpot, place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian dressing mix. Pour over the chicken.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
4. Shred the chicken using two forks and add the softened cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is fully incorporated.
5. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions and add to the crockpot mixture. Stir well.
6. Serve hot, topped with shredded parmesan cheese.
