INGREDIENTS  

  • Beef (sirloin or tenderloin) thinly sliced

  • Grill the beef In the skillet or frying pan at medium-high. Add a little oil and fry the beef slices seasoned with salt in batches until brown in both directions. Take the meat out of the skillet and place it aside.
  • Sauté Garlic and Onions In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and sauté them until they become flexible and soft. Add minced garlic and cook for a further minute or so until fragrant.
  • Cook the mushrooms. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet along with the garlic and onions. They should be cooked until they turn golden brown and the liquid they release disappears.
  • Remove the Pan. Add beef broth to deglaze the pan and incorporate any delicious browned pieces from the bottom.
  • Create the Sauce In the skillet, Stir in Sour cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything until it is well mixed, and the sauce becomes smooth.
  • Incorporate the Beef back. Return the seared beef slices to the skillet, along with any juices that may have accumulated. Mix to coat the beef slices evenly in the sauce.
  • Simmer: Bring the flame down to a simmer and allow the beef stroganoff to simmer for a few minutes until the beef is cooked and the sauce has been heated.
  • Cook the noodles or Rice. When the stroganoff stew boils, prepare the egg rice or noodles according to the package instructions until they’re all in the middle.
  • Serve: Serve the beef stroganoff with the rice or noodles that have been cooked. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley to add color and a hint of flavor.
