Ingredients:
300 g dark chocolate (70% preferable) 🍫
100 g butter 🧈
100 g condensed milk πŸ₯›

200 g tennis biscuits πŸͺ
3 x 49 g peppermint crisp chocolate bars
1 tsp sea salt flakes
1 x 49 g peppermint crisp chocolate bar for decoration
Instructions:
Prepare the Tin:

Line a small loaf tin or baking tin with baking paper, allowing it to hang over the sides for easy removal.
Melt the Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate, butter, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Melt on medium to low heat until smooth and glossy (you can also use the double boiler method).
Let the melted chocolate mixture cool for a bit.
