Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent and the beef is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add Sauces: Stir in the marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes to combine the flavors.
Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, sour cream, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Layer the Casserole: In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a layer of the meat sauce on the bottom. Next, layer half of the frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli. Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining meat sauce on top.
Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve: Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
