🍽️ Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter 🧈
1/4 cup all-purpose flour 🌾
2 cups milk 🥛
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄

Make the Roux:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour until smooth and cook for 1 minute.
Add Milk:
