Triple Chocolate Cheesecake with Oreo Crust 🍰
Ingredients:
Oreo Crust:
24 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Chocolate Ganache Topping:
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
For the filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well.
Stir in melted chocolate and cocoa powder until combined. Pour the filling over the Oreo crust.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
For the ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth, and spread over the chilled cheesecake.
Refrigerate until the ganache is set, then serve.
Notes:
Garnish with whipped cream or extra Oreos for a decadent touch.
Allow cheesecake to cool slowly to avoid cracks.
